The value we got for our money was excellent, with a spacious and clean room that exceeded our expectations. The location of the lodge was perfect, allowing us to view wildlife at the waterhole right from our accommodation. The staff treated us with great warmth and helpfulness throughout our stay.
The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety and options.

I loved being surrounded by wild animals at the waterhole and the extensive grounds for bird watching. The staff were welcoming and efficient, and the food was delicious and generous. Thank you for a memorable experience.
Absolutely nothing wrong, it was all perfect.

Beautiful setting with private and comfy rooms. Amazing game viewing at the lake, perfect for families. Polite and helpful management. Easy to find and well signed for a comfy stay. Last-minute game drive request? No problem. Delicious breakfasts, and dinner is likely great too. Helpful staff when aircon had issues, quickly resolved. Well-maintained property perfect for relaxing. Great pool. Clean rooms, plenty of animals at the waterhole. Though dinner buffet was okay, it was a bit pricey. Perfect location near the water pool with jaw-dropping animal sightings. Friendly and helpful owners. Spacious room with nice African decor. Tempting spa in the middle of the field. Highly recommended!

Lapa Lange Game Lodge in Mariental was chosen by my director for our recent business trip, and I must say, it was a fantastic choice. The crystal clear pool was the perfect place to soak up some sun while enjoying my favorite Wilbur Smith novel. The outdoor swimming pool and green manicured gardens added to the delightful ambiance of the lodge. Another highlight was the access to the hotel's hot tub and garden, further enhancing my satisfying stay. These facilities truly made my experience memorable, providing a sense of relaxation and tranquility.
As for the minor issue, we did have a problem with housekeeping during our stay.

Enjoyed watching game at the waterhole, particularly the dazzling sight of rhinos, giraffes, and black springbok. Relaxing at the rock pool helped me forget all my "First World" problems. Managed to buy some handmade items for souvenirs. Ideal stopover for Kalahari tours.
So disappointed that I couldn't try the tempting spa in the middle of the field.

The manicured gardens and walkways around the lodge offer a sanctuary from the harsh Namibian elements where you can relax after an exhilarating day out in the bush. It's like finding an oasis in the desert.
Outdated decoration.

Comfortable chalets, modern facilities, animals at the dam, accommodating staff, well-equipped bar and restaurant.
Nothing, all excellent.

I had the pleasure of staying at a lodge with "contempory" decoration, where I could enjoy walks, game drives, and watch the wildlife. The "sanctuary" of the manicured gardens was just what I needed to escape the "harsh Namibian elements." And let's not forget the "ideal" rock pool to wash away my "First World" stresses. Unfortunately, no personalized crockery and cutlery for me.

Amazing wildlife and beautiful surroundings. We were lucky to spot rhinos, giraffes, and various antelope right from our room. The food was excellent, especially the Gemsbok steak. We even had the incredible opportunity to feed the cheetahs with Dawid. a memorable experience. I highly recommend this lodge.
